About Eman

I’ve spent 31 years devoted to trauma work—studying and practicing inner parts work, inner child healing, family constellations, somatic experiencing, herbalism, traditional medicines from across continents, yoga, and tantra. And yet, despite all that, I was still a rollercoaster in my intimate relationships—domineering, reactive, and trapped in repeating patterns across cultures and partners. The turning point came when a coach told me, “The universe and I don’t give a fuck about your story—you’re just not authentic.” That sparked a journey into discovering the difference between my soul’s authenticity and the defense mechanisms I thought were me. With shamanic initiation and weaving together every modality I knew—flowing from meditation to self-pleasure, movement medicine to moon cycles—I transformed more in seven months running my own Elemental process than in all three decades before. Now, I share that process so others can experience a lifetime of change in less than a year.

Why I Created Elemental

I know what it’s like to feel trapped in survival mode.

For years, I lived in a body that felt unsafe — shaped by trauma, shame, and disconnection. Even as I learned healing tools, something was always missing: the integration of my body, emotions, and sexual energy.

Through years of personal practice and guiding clients, I discovered the path home: working directly with the nervous system, the elements of nature, and the power of sexual embodiment.

That’s what Elemental is.
A journey back to the essence of who you are — where your body, heart, and spirit flow as one.
