10-Session Coaching Agreement

This Agreement is entered into by and between Luzia Marilac Bezerra Alves (Eman), and You, the Client, upon registration and payment for the coaching program. By submitting payment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Coaching

Coaching is a partnership between Coach and Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that supports personal, professional, and emotional growth. Coaching is not therapy or medical advice and is not designed to treat or diagnose any mental or physical condition. Results are not guaranteed, as experiences vary by individual.

2. Services

This agreement covers a 10-session coaching package to be delivered via Zoom or Kajabi. Sessions are 60 minuteseach and must be used within 100 days of purchase.

Unused sessions expire after 100 days, unless the Client provides valid justification (e.g., natural disaster, physical health incapacity), subject to Coach approval.

The Coach or a certified coach under the Sex & Integrity team will be available via email between sessions.

Additional services may be requested and delivered at a prorated rate, tailored to the coach involved, and based on the agreement made at the time of booking.

3. Fees

  • The total price for this program is personalized and based on the agreement at the time of purchase.

  • Payment is due in advance.

  • All payments are non-transferable.

  • Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal.

  • Any transaction fees or exchange charges are the Client’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

  • Client Cancellation: 30% of the value of unused sessions will be refunded.

  • Coach Cancellation: Full refund of unused sessions.

  • No-Show: No refund provided.

  • Late Arrival: Sessions end at scheduled time. Lost time is not refunded.

5. Confidentiality

All shared information is held confidentially and in accordance with the ICF Code of Ethics, unless disclosure is required by law or risk of harm. Communications are not legally privileged.

6. Conduct and Ethics

Clients are expected to show respect and engage in ethical, consensual behavior. Any non-consensual conduct or sexual harassment will result in immediate contract termination with no refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, frameworks, and recordings provided are the intellectual property of Luzia Marilac Bezerra Alves.

If the Client chooses to receive session recordings, these are for personal use only and may not be used for public display or commercial purposes under any circumstance.

All materials shared during sessions—whether visual, written, or verbal—remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Coach and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without explicit written permission.

8. Session Procedure

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement via email. Zoom or Kajabi links will be provided prior to each session.

Clients must provide 48 hours' notice for rescheduling.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 2 weeks' notice. Refund terms above will apply.

10. Record Retention

Coaching records may be retained by Coach for a minimum of 2 years in digital or print form.

11. Legal

This Agreement is governed by the laws selected by the Coach in case of dispute. By completing payment, the Client agrees to all terms listed herein.
