When safety is only in the mind, the body stays on guard. Grounding is felt—and it begins with simple sensation.

 We begin at the Root. Because without grounding, nothing else holds.

Here’s a simple practice from Module 1: Grounding that you can try today:

Feet-to-Earth (2 minutes)

1. Grounding Touch. Feet on the floor, hands on thighs. Inhale 4, exhale 6. Feel the weight of your hands.

2. Orient. Name 5 things you see, 4 feel, 3 hear, 2 smell, 1 taste—tell your system: I am here. I am safe enough now.

If you want a body-based boost, go barefoot for a minute—on soil, grass, or stone. Earthing measurably supports regulation (inflammation, sleep, cortisol).

This is energetic hygiene — it tells your nervous system: You are safe enough now.

When you do this daily, you awaken the Wild Self — the primal part of you that knows how to trust Earth, how to root into life, and how to let pleasure guide you back into integrity.
