I'm Finally Launching my Most Sexual Offer yet

Second, I'm finally on the last steps of my Tantric Sex postgrad and ready to start offering their techniques adapted into with my SIR ™ coaching method and what it means to you is: I am launching the Tantric Sex for Lovers Coaching Program

Tantric Sex Coaching Program

12 sessions of 75- 90 minutes

I - The Sacred Body (done solo)

Awakening Consciousness - Tantric Breath Process

This practice session focuses on lower belly, heart and third eye plus the top of the head.

These three locations in the body show up repeatedly in the Tantric tradition and they are the also the three points that are universally talked about in other mystic traditions.

They are power centers in the body where we feel and take in a lot, and they are the core places for energy activation. Also known as Chakras.

You will start the session seated with a straight spine.

II – Better Sex (done solo)

I invite you to approach your entire experience with curiosity, openness, acceptance and no matter what the intention is, to celebrate if you get your intention or to recognize that whatever comes up in the process is a part of you moving towards your intention.

Notice any mindset shifts that can support you to have the best possible sexual experience right now.

Start lying down, and you will begin with a body meditation focused on your genitals, anus and everything from your lower belly between your hips, your pelvic floor and back to your tailbone.

III - Sacred Sex (done solo)

(optional with or without self-pleasure, I will guide you and your camera can be off or you can have your clothes on)

 Begin this session lying down, with your knees towards the ceiling and your feet on the floor.

Relax your jaw, open your mouth. You will be guided into a breathwork, it is an embodiment and energetical work.

IV - Lovers - Better Sex: The Sensual Sexual Adventure

 For this session, the couple prepare everything they need for the 5- Senses Awakening:

Sensual Play experience and have it ready for the session.

I will be guiding you both into an exquisite, erotic adventure which will not include explicit sexuality, but that at the end of the session I will leave and you can make love or connect deeply and share about your experiences (or both!) depending on how you feel.

V - Lovers - Better Sex: Sensual Massage x 2

Part One:

Connected Communication: Desires/Loves/Fears

Estimated: 15 minutes

Part Two:

Sensual Massage: Penis OR Pussy massage depending on the couple

Estimated: 1 hour

Pussy and Penis massage can be a life changing experience. Your camera and audio can be kept off.

I will guide your lover to give you a pussy massage, you can record the session if you wish to keep for future practices.

If you wish we can have an additional session where I can guide you to give him a Penis Massage.

On both cases I use props to demonstrate the strokes and techniques when required. 

VI – Lovers - Better Sex: Full Body Orgasm

 I can either guide them through the full body orgasm experience if you desire, or else I can train you at the beginning of the session in the full body orgasm process and then do all of the exercises leading up to the full body orgasm and leave you to explore it andintegrate yourselves.

I  will be guiding you into an exquisite, erotic adventure, but that at the end of the session I will leave and you can make love or connect deeply and share about your experiences (or both!) depending on how you feel.

If you have questions or need my support for integration, I can hold space for you after the experience.

If you are having a very erotic and connected experience, I may close the session

while leaving you to keep exploring and invite you to make-love or continue in whatever way feels right to you, but to make sure to integrate and share afterwards.

Do this if you will explore full body orgasm on your own and I can explain full body orgasm at the

beginning of the session and at the end of Sensual Play, invite you into the full body

orgasm practice. I can integrate with you in the following session.

2. Extended Orgasmic Experiences: Full Body Orgasm

Estimated time: 20 minutes

VII - Lovers - Sacred Sex: Sex and Spirit Lovemaking

Begin this ritual with a shared intention as a couple, and state it out loud together. Choose together as a couple what you will consecrate to and then state it out loud in your own words. Sit across from each other and I will guide you through a sensual breathwork and embodiment holding each other together. Leaving you both after an hour to continue the love making on your own if you wish.

VIII - Lovers - Sacred Sex: Primal Sacred Sex

In this practice, you are doing primal breathing which is really about having a deep full breath and sounding so that you are releasing, activating and opening any energies. This practice also works with invocation, meaning that you invite a quality or an energy to emerge from within you. Decide together as a couple what energy or pattern of consciousness you want to invite to emerge.

If you are not in lovemaking, you either want to be lying on the bed or standing.

IX - Lovers - Sacred Sex: Chakra Play: Sex Magic

I will guide you so that you can do sex magic with an intention or as a style of lovemaking which can be really beautiful and intense.

If you do this with the manifestation as a couple, then decide what you are creating and what your intention is together.

In Sex Magic, you will make love and feel your sexual pleasure and turn-on build and move through the different the chakras. You will use your breath and your focus to move your pleasure and turn-on from wherever you are feeling it, into that chakra. At the end of the practice you can either continue making love or you can integrate the experience.

X - Lovers - Sacred Sex: Chakra Play: Chakra Lovemaking x 2

In this process, you are going to explore what happens when you move your turn-on into a specific chakra repeatedly.

Just like in the full-body orgasm, this tends to work best if you explore it first manually, meaning that one of you is stroking or touching the other one sexually.

Over time, as you get familiar with the process, you can do it with oral sex or lovemaking.

I will guide you and then you decide what you want to do next, either lovemaking, continue exploring this chakra, or switch roles and do the process again.

Always end by integrating and sharing what you have learned and experienced in the process. We may want to use two sessions for this so that each of you have a turn.
