A Samhain Ritual đ For the Ones Whoâve Been Called âToo Muchâ

As the veils thin and the darkening season draws near, I want to invite you to a soul-marriage ritual on the sacred night of Samhain. This is for anyone whoâs ever been told they were too much, too intense, too loud, too wild. Anyone who has been cast outâfor their truth, for their longing, for their refusal to shrink.
This ritual draws on the mythic thread of Lilithânot as gendered womanhood, but as an energy of the untamed feminine that lives in all of us. The part that says no. The part that remembers. The part that will not betray itself to belong.
On this night, we donât seek approval.
We seek unionâwith soul.
This is a vow of fidelity to the rawest, truest self.
You donât need to be seen by the world to be claimed by your own essence. Whether youâve been gendered feminine or not, whether youâve been called soft or strong or something in betweenâyou are welcome in this rite if your heart is ready to cross a threshold.
đŻď¸ The Ritual: To Wed Sacred Solitude
Dress as you would dress to meet your soul. Adorn yourself with meaning, not performance. If possible, walk to your altar barefoot.
Light a candle. Place a palm on your heart.
And when you are ready, speak your vow:
"I am here to declare myself unruined and unbroken. I hereby wed my soul to love, honor, and cherish this lifeâwild and holyâin all its incarnations. I am forgiving all my past transgressions, and I am unveiling my truest face."
This is not a selfish ceremony.
This is a sacred justice.
We wed ourselves to the soul in order to refuse the seduction of numbness, cynicism, and apathy.
We riseâwith the sacred feminine as guideâto take our place in the lineage of the healed and the healing.
Trust your process when making your own ritual, there is no way to fuck it up, every cell in your body carries the ways of the sacred, just Re-member the Whole.
